Served in a snifter
This beer pours amber with golden highlights and a slight haze to it. It is topped with an inch of tan head that leaves spotty lacing.
Citrus and pine aroma. I get some caramel malt and hints of butterscotch.
Citrus up front and pine on the back end. A bit of an odd butterscotch sweetness in the middle followed by resin. Bitterness lingers a bit.
Medium bodied with an oily mouthfeel
Not that great really. That butterscotch just messes with everything.
