Pours black with brown reflection at light. A lot of pale brown thick foam that stays. Comes with a really light smell of raspberry jam. Comes in mouth nicely at first, with a subtil taste of not sweet raspberry that is interesting. After that comes a taste of bitter chocolate that blend well with the raspberry. However the chocolate is way too bitter and that's all what's left in mouth in the end. The texture is really light but can foam really quickly in mouth, too much for my taste.
A really interesting beer, the alliance of raspberry with the taste of a dark ale is a great idea, too bad for this overbitterness.
