I remember having bought this in IKEA before they switched over to their own IKEA branded beers... not sure which one is better, my faint recollections tell me that this one was an average pale lager.

A 33cl can bought at IKEA, served with IKEA meatballs and rosti.
It reads Fine Festival Beer but underneath it says The Premium Lager and it is 5.3% so it must be this one.
It is very pale... Very very pale.
Small white head.
It smells good for a lager.
grain and glass with a citrus like hop smell.
Very balanced and mild grainly taste with some hop bitterness. This is very average but very good for a session lager.
I am drinking this not too cold actually. Out of the cupboard and into the fridge for only 10/15 minute.
Thin, refreshing and with medium carbonation.
One of the better lagers out there, unfortunaly I have only seen it at IKEA's 'Swedish Food Market'.

Review from BeerAdvocate Magazine Issue #41 (Jun 2010):
Another Euro lager to grace the states? Thin but sticky lace floats on a nearly clear, pale, golden-colored brew. Grainy aroma suggests flour and dried grass; hops are mild with a faint lemon and herb tone. Crisp with a fluffy, moderate-size body. Clean grain throughout, dry as well. Hops chime in with a balanced bitterness and an herbal linger. A simple beer but very drinkable ... decent, for a green bottled lager.

A - Pale appearance. Half inch head at best. Little to no lacing on the glass.
S - Faint fruit smell, nothing much else there.
T - Slight fruit accents but nothing major. Perfect finish.
M - Crisp and refreshing. Very fizzy.
Notes: Crisp, refreshing, very drinkable beer. Pricey but well worth it. One of the best pale ales I've had in a while

Poured out of a 12 oz. bottle into a Duvel.
A - Pale golden ale. Very light. Poured with about a half inch of foamy head. Almost no tracing whatsoever.
S - Faint smell. Has some fruity sweet overtones if you can get past the grainy, vegetables. Enjoyable.
T - You get more of the sweetness in each sip. Not overly sweet but you will taste it. Has some nice earthy flavors as well.
M - Nice and crisp. Light bodied.
D - Very high. Low alcohol content and crisp taste makes this one go down easy.

Stockholm Premium Lager is a full flavored Lager that really should be in its own class and category.
It is brewed according to the Purity Law of 1516 and uses only the highest quality aromatic hops, malted barley and fresh yeast!
What fascinates me about this beer is the method of how they get water, from a spring well 120 feet below the brewery, truly crystal clear water!
It has 5.3% alcohol and goes down incredibly easy, as it tastes crisp and smooth with low bitterness
It truly is disappearingly good!

This is a new beer to the United States. It's imported by a businessman here in my hometown, Sarasota, Fla., and is the first Swedish beer in the state, he says.
It pours a very pale yellow with hardly any head.
Strong vegetable aroma with light grassy notes.
Typical Euro pale lager flavors of veggies, light sweet cereal notes and a hint of bitterness.
The body is very light and very fizzy.
Overall just a slightly above-average beer. I don't see it standing out from competitors in this style, and certainly don't see it commanding the $9 per six-pack price it goes for.
