American golden sour ale aged in a blend of American and French oak for 8 months. While it peachfully sat in the barrel, we add generous amounts of peaches, cinnamon sticks, and vanilla beans! Fermented with our house culture of Brett, Lacto, and Pedio!

Batch #3
Appearance: Pours the color of Tang and the head fizzes away quickly; no lacing and multiple floaties in suspension
Smell: Tart orange and peach, with the cinnamon prominent; hint of vanilla bean underneath
Taste: Orange/peach Tang, with cinnamon bringing the heat; some vanilla underneath; oaky and quite sour through the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body but low carbonation
Overall: A sour that shows promise but needs more of a peach punch along with a better role for the vanilla

Large shared bottle.
Look: Cloudy apricot colored body with a weak head.
Flavor: Lightly sweet with moderately high tartness. Strong fruity flavor a bit like an imperial berliner weisse.
