Appearance: Pours a cloudy honey color with a one finger head; as the foam fades, spotty lacing is left behind
Smell: The ginger comes through distinctly in the aroma, joining with the guava and lactic sour tones
Taste: The lactic guava-ginger combination grows more acetic, through the middle; the oak adds a dryer element, to the finish, with a sour tingle at the end
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; moderate pucker
Overall: Guava tends to be a very subtle fruit to use in fruited sours so the addition of the ginger here is a stroke of genius

One of the best I've had from this place. Big true flavors and a very nice balance while still being tart.
