undated can purchased at the brewery and consumed from a tall pilsner glass less than a week later on 9/12/24. Initial blizzard of fine carbonation bubbles rising from the bottom of the glass, but that did not last long. Less than a finger of relatively short-lived head. good amount of lacing. Liquid is not perfectly clear. Some haze. Smell is almost off-putting; a weird combination of traces of wet paper, ammonia, grass, and citrus rind. The taste is similar and marginally better, with more grass and less wet paper+ammonia. More bitter than expected.

Pours a slight hazed golden color with a one finger white head. Smell is fruity and floral . Taste ha s notes of tangerine ,berries pale malts and grassy notes . Mouth feel fruity malty grassy crisp and quenchable .
