A special blend of an open-top fermented Brett Saison that was aged in oak on spent Masumoto peaches. After 8 months fresh Masumoto peaches and nectarines were added. This was later blended with a golden sour aged in oak that was introduced to fresh Masumoto peaches and nectarines. It was an exact 50/50 blend. It creates a beautiful balance of funk, acidity, and fruit.
