The perfect everyday West Coast style pale ale. Aromas of a freshly peeled orange, and a flavour like biting into a juicy tangerine.

My first offering from this brewery. Just stumbled across a few offerings at a local YYC liquor store.
Appearance - Pours a pale copper with two fingers of bubbly white head.
Smell - earthy, floral, weedy, soapy and musty hops, orange peel, hint of grapefruit peel, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - earthy, floral, weedy, soapy and musty hops upfront. The orange peel and hint of grapefruit come through next but are very mild. The bready malts and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation. Finishes mildly sticky with the mild orange peel and grapefruit peel lingering.
Overall - A very mild APA that needs more oomph from the hops. This to me tastes like a well crafted EPA but would appeal to those looking to make the transition to craft beer.

Good taste, not too strong. Worth trying

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
