This very special variation on our Belgian Tripel, 'Divine', uses our very own Barrel-aged coffee. Ethiopian Yirgacheffe beans were aged 3 months in freshly dumped bourbon barrels that previously held our 'Divine Intervention' (barrel-aged Tripel). The coffee was then roasted by our friends at Firebean Coffee Roasters and added to a new batch of beer.

Winterlong Brewing 'Divine Caffenation' Belgian Tripel with Coffee @ 8.5% , served from a 473 ml can
A-pour is a light gold from the can to a clear gold in the glass with a small size white head leaving a spotty lace along the tulip
S-hints of 'Divine Intervention' BA Tripel , with Bourbon aged coffee
T-taste is of a (fruity & spicy) Tripel with lots of coffee thru-out , bourbon comes out on the swallow
MF-ok carbonation , feels full bodied
Ov-need to try Divine Intervention
