A crisp refreshing ale with an herbal and delicate fruitiness. Hopped with Saphir hops out of Germany.

Sampling a cold 16 oz can poured into a tumbler. No date stamp on label or can. Beer pours a light clear golden champagne color with several active streams of very fine carbonation rise to the surface. .5 dense bleached white head foams up and fades to a sturdy surface layer that remains throughout sampling. There is some windowpane lattice on the glass after sips or swirls. Looks pretty nice in the glass , maybe a little fainter than Id like , but otherwise solid.
Aroma is a light grainy note and white bread with hints of black tea and spicy hop mix. No abv hint here. Nose is appealing and suitable to style.
First sip reveals a light body and crisp texture with very fine and sharp carbonation.
Flavor follows nose with white bread and some light fruitiness, pear or white grapes, and finishes with herbal tea bite and a very dry finish. Never any ABV and encourages me to keep taking the next sip.
Bought this can on a whim and enjoying the beer quite a bit. The bitey dry finish works very well to get me to empty my glass.
