I honestly didn't expect Roak to get this close to a decent-let alone very good-tripel. But here we are. Served on tap at the pub in a snifter. ABV is somewhat hidden, as it should be for the style. Lots of banana, bubble gum and clove aromas/flavors to play with and an effervescent body. Could use a touch less burn, but otherwise I'll not be turning this one down.

Very light and easy on the taste buds, it should be drinking slow and easy.
