The Gridiron Brown was a solid offering from Roak. The beer poured a deep rich brownish amber with thin white head that is leaving a lace. The scent is a robust bread malt. The taste starts biscuits then finishes with a hop crispness. The Mouthfeel is medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a solid brown.
