The tart intensity of this beer submits to a light edition of pink Himalayan sea salt. This gose subtly presents the complexity of the cranberry and offers a crisp sensation of malted white wheat to the palate.

This was the second Gose I tried. Not bad. It's better than Rose Gose.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 10/18/2018. Pours slightly hazy medium orange/amber, light reddish/pinkish color with a 1 finger fairly dense and rocky light pink head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy cranberries, fruit skin, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, red grape/wine, coriander, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, lightly toasted bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, cranberries, salt, spice, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy cranberries, fruit skin, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, red grape/wine, coriander, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, lightly toasted bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang; and light coriander spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy/tart/tangy cranberries, fruit skin, lemon, lime, orange, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, red grape/wine, coriander, sea salt, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, lightly toasted bread, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, cranberries, salt, spice, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with and awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tartness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/acidic/tangy, and lightly saline balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.2%. Overall this is an outstanding gose! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, cranberries, salt, spice, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/drying finish. Not overly lactic or salty. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Awesomely balanced juicy/jammy cranberries, Lacto complexity, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. Not overdone on salt/coriander at all. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.
