I tried this at the brewery. It poured a dark clear amber with thin white head that did not leave much lace. The scent was malty with earthy notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with sweet caramel malt presence with peat highlights. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall its a solid beer.
