Can to tulip
Pineapple/tropical, citrus, orange, grapefruit zest right away. Big hoppy, piney, with soft earthy under notes. Moderately firm, clean bitterness. The lingering bitterness calms after the first few sips, then becomes hardly noticeable. Grain bill provides a noticeable amount of caramel and a touch of breadiness, which also enhances the body and balances out the hoppy bitterness.
Alcohol is well covered under the cloak of the hop bitterness. This is a dangerously sneaky brew. Very drinkable, especially considering the style. Central Coast makes some tasty brews. When down again I will definitely purchase again.

Excellent DIPA from one of my fav CA breweries. This isn't too piney but rather sweet grapefruit. As noted earlier the nose is lacking a bit. Not boozy at all for the abv. I wish they distributed to NorCal.
