10oz snifter on-tap at THG.
A: Served a very very creamy and cloudy pink color. It's not quite pepto, but it's definitely got a chalky light pink similar to grapefruit juice.
S: Huge jammy raspberry and a touch of doughy wheat. Raspberry smells jam-like.
T: Tons of creamy wheat flavors mixed with sweet but very fresh and jammy raspberry. After the bright candy-like jammy fruit subsides, I get doughy grain flavors in the aftertaste. There's a light mineral quality. Fruits flavors have notes of strawberry and grapefruit as well as the raspberry. There's an almost a pie like wheat flavor, that mixed with the fruit, reminds me of rhubarb pie. Clean and bright lactic tartness, but very low acidity. Flavors are extremely candy-like.
M: Medium body, tight and tingly carbonation but not harsh or spritzy. Creamy and semi sweet mouthfeel.
O: This tastes like something very familiar, like a strawberry rhubarb pie or candy, but I can't put my finger on it. Surprising amount of dough-like flavors. Drinks very well and would be very refreshing on a hot day. A bit heavy and cloudy for style I guess, but for the amount of fruit they're put into this, that's understandable.
