Ahhh the delightful Chai Cream Ale such a tasty beer.
ST- Pint glass at the Brewery
A- light brown with a small head which dissipates into a small lace that holds.
S- CHAI!!!! a very sweet appealing smell
T-BOOM chai again its perfect
MF- It hits you with sweet chai then a nice bubbly feel and goes down really smooth

Goldorack brought this beer back home from his last trip to California. When he told me it was a tea like IPA, I was like "huh yeah okay dude".
But I must admit I was quite surprised and the taste was wicked.
Apperance wise, nothing to brag about, very shy head, dark golden orange in appearance like many IPA, then it goes dull looking beer.
Smell: Now you talk, either you have some citrus piney flavours surrounded by tea like flavours, chai tea. Ok, fair enough, some malty and cerealic notes that just pops up!
taste is pretty weird, bitter it is, sharp, bitter and frank. At first it tastes not really good, then the taste change or comes to you. The bitter chai tea become quite aromatic and enjoyable.
wicked In fact

Bottled straight from the tap at the brewery. Kept cold at all times and drank about 3 weeks later.
Appearance: Opaque reddish orange, and for a Beer capped right in front of me from the tap, the head was absolutely amazing, thick and sturdy!
Smell: Green, wet and citrucy hops, with sort of an acidic, herbal twang that almost smelled like a bad perm, something I've detected and hated before, but this time the C hops subdued this effect just enough for me to not be turned off by it.
Taste: A really interesting mix of curry spices, hops and definately some tea leaves, possibly gunpowder. I detected some tea-like tannic bitterness along with the hops, the finish had oranges and spices, caraway seeds perhaps. A really interesting Beer that surprised me when I sampled it at the brewery, and I'm glad I brought one home.
