Our biggest and hoppiest IPA of the year is just a few days away! Starting today, our 23rd Anniversary DDH Triple IPA is available for pre-sale! We pulled out all of the hops for this 10% TIPA that has Idaho 7 Cryo, Galaxy and Simcoe hops! There are explosive amounts of citrus, melon, pineapple and strawberry notes along with a smooth, full mouthfeel that finishes with a slightly hoppy but certainly juicy bitterness!

Had CC's 23rd Anniversary Double Triple poured from pint can, muled to Mississippi by my little bro., into nonic pint.

Pours orange juice-gold with huge near-white head, with good retention, leaving splotchy lace down the glass. Huge juicy fruit aroma off the pour, becoming tropical over time, with some dry malt and Simcoe funk apparent, and finally sharp citrus. Begins with hop bite and resin, then dry malt and tropical fruit, leading into an ever more bitter finish, with the ABV well-hidden until the heat mounts with the last sips.

Remarkably juicy and balanced huge NEIPA, which makes good use of a hop resin (crutch) to hide the ABV.
