Crystal clear, pale yellow body; dense, lively carbonation; thick head, white and frothy with a spongy texture. Initial hit of biscuit scent then overtaken with mild citrus and floral notes at the pour; settles to a light grain and esters after resting in the glass. Clean, lightly spicy taste with subtle toasted grain underpinning; toasted bread crust; light mineral presence; light to moderate hop bitterness. Light body; crisp; gentle warmth throughout.

A nice, clean and refreshing pale lager with respectable levels of depth and complexity.
