Bottle I brought to share at Benny’s tasting.
Bottled 7/21/12.
Pours a slightly hazy gold with a foamy beige head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, honey, and some slight grass aromas. Taste is much the same with a mild herbal hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty average beer that is drinkable but nothing all that exciting.
