On tap at Central Coast Brewing in San Luis Obispo, CA.
Pours a slightly hazy light orange with a foamy bone colored head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Thin foamy rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, ginger, and lots of chai tea spices. Taste is much the same with a high spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is drinkable but the spice flavors are pretty intense.
