On tap at Central Coast Brewing in San Luis Obispo, CA.
Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a foamy off-white head that settles to a small cap on top of the beer. Foamy streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, wheat, and ginger. Taste is much the same with a mild spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with a nice ginger presence in the aroma and flavor.
