Northern English Brown with hints of caramel and a easy finish.

On tap. Pours a brown color with a finger tan head that lingers. Nose of caramel and earthy hops. Taste is a caramel and toffee with enough earthy hops to cut through some of the sweetness. Medium body and medium carbonation with no stickiness.
It follows the format of a traditional english brown ale, and is a little sweet but acceptably so. Not their best but still solid.

On tap at the brewery. Typical English brown ale. Kinda murky brown color. Nose is sweet and has a slight hop flowery character. Taste follows the nose. Overall it wasn't something I'd try again.
