Elements of Funk: Brettanomyces Claussenii exhibits wild, fresh, citrus and floral aromatics with pithy and herbaceous elements joining the funky, expansive party on the palate. As the claussenii continues to develop in the bottle, so will the beer's character and the elements of funk.

A: Poured into a Duvel tulip to a light golden orange topped by a dense and rocky four finger white head which retains well and when it finally subsides leaves excellent lacing
S: Smells of huge citrus rind and spice with some faint hints of barnyard and horseblanket
T: Taste is huge citrus up front with some slight band aid and horseblanket with a little barnyard going on. Slightly chalky as well but not aggressively so. On the swallow there is some slight medicinal note that's kind of like throat spray and band aids with some slight lingering citrus and spice.
M: This beer is on the lighter side of medium in body. Like the rest of the beers in this series all of these beers have lively carbonation that is quite effervescent and slightly prickly. The brett fermentation ensures that this beer has a drying finish.
O: Overall this is another decent beer in an interesting horizontal. The citrus, spice and funk in this one were pretty different from the first two which is expected in a yeast driven beer. This is still a fun experiment and worth trying if you're a beer geek that likes funky beer.

Received from @2beerdogs in a ninja box- thanks Derek!
Bottle is undated, other than “2015” on the label, stored at 42 degrees and served at 45 degrees in a hand-washed and hand-dried Jester King snifter.
Appearance – 4.
Body – Yellow-orange, opaque.
Head – Enormous (Maximum eight cm, initially aggressive then controlled center pour), off-white, dense, slowly diminishing to an irregular zero to seven mm ring and a heaped partial layer. Irregular masses of various sized bubbles crawl down the glass.
Lacing – Good. Forms complete thick rings of tiny to small bubbles which ling to each other and the ring by columns.
First pour – Light yellow, opaque.
Aroma – 4 – Initially a lightly sweet aroma like pear juice, becoming more complex and less identifiable as it warms slightly. A hint of sulfur.
Flavor – 3.75 - Not displeasing. It begins with an odd fruity taste like some alien vegetation grown beneath an orange sun. There is a yeastiness present but that is different from the usual Saccharomyces, a wilder, more untamed, heavier flavor which partially mimics malt. No alcohol, no diacetyl, no dimethylsulfide.
Palate –3 - Light, watery, lively carbonation.
Impression and summation – 4 – Very pleasing appearance, which each pour producing a dense massive head. The initial aroma is enticingly fruity and even the fleeting aroma of sulfur is not unpleasant. The flavor, while certainly no something normally thought of as desirable, is still pleasing and oddly complex, with a strange yeastiness mixed with alien fruits and complex alcohols. The palate is the weakest part of this brew – right on the mean for an American wild ale. Tranya, anyone?

Split with JLindros.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice lightly hazy golden hue with a rocky head that faded to leave thick lacing.
S - Aromas of nice funk, fainter lemons. Super subtle rotten pineapple notes. Incredibly sub par.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, caramel malts, decent funk, incredibly faint tropical notes. Really mediocre.
M - Mouthfeel is lowly carbonated, thin, slick.
O - Overall this was a very very poorly done beer. What is the point of doing this series if you're not going to treat the brett properly??

Pours again a huge erupting fluffy head, hazy murky orange color
Nose plenty fruity, little pineapple and banana, but also that sweet syrupy malt, candy mess, weird ester funk, same as the rest if the series, nothing left of the hint of rotten pineapple
Taste maybe a touch of Brett funk pineapple, but the same sweet malt syrupy mess and icky funk as the other beers in the series, aged syrupy malt yeasty esters, and bleh
Mouth is med bod syrupy light carb
Overall just sad, this entire series was basically the same bad beer base, and they pitched the Brett with very little fermentables left, so bad.

Bottle into a snifter appears hazy copper with excessive white foam comprised of large bubbles that persist indefinitely.
This is tropical smelling with pulpy fruit/rinds and a bite of carbonics/minerals.
This tastes of wheat, clove, plastic much more herbal than expected and slightly solvent to peppery.
This is light in body with excessive carbonation. It was fun to drink all these element versions side by side but they ended up being strikingly similar with some differences hardly being noticeable.

L - Pours a pale amber (touch of gold) body with a frothy three finger eggshell colored head.
S - Funky, earthy and light belgian yeast. Straightforward.
T - Funky, bready, belgian esters and mild tartness.
F - Light bodied, high carbonation and a dry finish. Crisp.
O - Super drinkable. It didn't wow me and that's really not the point of the series. It's a very simple beer to put focus on the individual brett strain.
