750ml bottle poured into a snifter
A- pours pink in color with a one-finger foamy head with a pinkish hue
S- nose is primarily raspberry; fresh raspberries and raspberry jam, undertones of vanilla and light oak, acidic finish with more raspberries on the linger
M- medium-light body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy and bubbly mouthfeel and a crisp, dry and tart finish
O- as advertised, plenty of raspberries with just enough acidic tartness

A: Poured into a Duvel tulip to a deep reddish orange topped by a dense and slightly rocky finger of white head which fades slowly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing
S: Smells of tons of raspberries and sourness with a little creamy wheat. Slight funk and a touch of oak.
T: Taste is nice and juicy raspberries with some sourness that slowly builds but is fairly approachable. Hints of funk and oak with a touch of wheat. On the swallow there's a lot more sourness and juicy raspberry flavor with some slight oak and funk. Sourness lingers for some time with an almost lemony note to it at the very end.
M: This beer has a mouthfeel that's on the lighter side of medium. It's a little slick on the palate as well. Carbonation is effervescent without being prickly while the acidity gives this beer a drying finish.
O: Overall this is a really nice fruited sour. Really well executed with a great level of sourness and a substantial amount of fruit flavor to balance it out. Well worth a try if this one comes around again.

Here's a really good that no one really talks about. Hell I even forgot to write a review for it until I seen it pop up just now.
Pours that pinkish purple berry color. The head is an off white lighter pink shade that dies quickly, doesn't really go above 1/4" at any time. Aroma pops hard for raspberries. Sour raspberries is like, 100% of the aroma.
Taste is a solid 7.5/10 on the sour factor. Lots of raspberry still gushing out of this flavor wise. Not overly acidic, its one of the more restrained Bruery sours in terms of alcohol, very nicely done in that regard in the taste and mouth feel departments. Carbonation is high but appropriate at the end of the day. Body is really light, they kept this one that way to showcase the berries I would think. Any oak impact is only felt on the backend with its slightly drying component.
Its a really good summer weather beer and actually worth the roughly $18/750ml price tag.

Split with JLindros. 2016 vintage.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice clearish berry juice hue with a thin egg shell of a head that fades to leave light wisps.
S - Big aromas of tart seedy raspberries, red berry juice, good jammy notes.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with loads of sweeter and tart berries, bright acidity. Good bright fruit and fresh berries.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, body is a bit thin, finish is a bit weak.
O - Overall this was a very solid fruited wild from Bruery. The raspberries are really pleasant.
