Hazy, golden color. Medium-sized, white head. Wood, yeasts, and a hint of peach in a funky aroma. Sour taste with a somewhat astringent finish. Nice sour.

Blonde ale pours blonde in August 2019. Didn't hold much of a head on it, one of those ones that didn't retain much, settled in as a thin film 1/6" like. The aroma hits the sour power note and peach to a lesser extent. Light dry wood like influence.
Taste was nice, nothing complex or too spectacular, the mild blonde base allows the peach to come through, mostly only battling the sourness in terms of the prominence on the tongue. Acidic, but not to a problematic extent, just more than most peach beers. The sourness is also higher than average, but that is what Bruery aims for, so seems to be as designed. The oak portion is light. Carbonation on point. The sweetness is light, at least compared to its counterpart, sourness.
At the end of the day, I liked it, it was a clean, no funk, light wood, moderate peach, above average sourness and acidity. I guess they only made this in 2018, but I would buy it again.

750 ml bottle, 2018 vintage, bottled on 4/18/18. Served in an oversized wine glass, the beer pours a somewhat hazy golden/orange color with about an inch white head. Head retention and lacing are both decent enough. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like peaches, apricots, oak, grainy malt, lemon and hay. Taste is similar to the aroma, with peach, stone fruit, oak, lime, lemon, grainy malt, green apple, vinegar and funk flavors. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's smooth and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. Doesn't seem like the age has hurt this brew as it's still tasty, just wish I would have had the chance to try this fresher as I bought this bottle about a month ago. Certainly worth picking up if you're into tart/sour brews!

Pick up this beer up when I last went to the Bruery. The beer is 40 degrees and served in a wine glass. The pour of the beer into the glass produced a two finger head. The head is airy and creamy and has fair retention. The head is ivory and left no lacing on the glass. The color of the beer is SRM 4 a pale gold with amber hues. The beer is hazy. The beers appearance is like a typical sour.
The aromas in the beer are peaches, stone fruit, wood, yeast, crackers, lemons, and subtle sweet note.
The beer's flavor is peaches, apricots, lemons, crackers, grass, wheat, wood, yeast, and subtle sweetness.
The mouthfeel is puckering and bright.
The body of the beer is light, high carbonation, and a medium finish.
The beer is refreshing, crisp, and balance. This brewery does an excellent job with sours. I thoroughly enjoy them.

750 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 4/18/2018. Pours slightly hazy medium golden amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big sour/tart/tangy peaches, apricot, fruit skin/pits, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, oak, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with lighter notes of peppercorn, leathery/musty funk, white wine vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, peaches, oak barrels, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big sour/tart/tangy peaches, apricot, fruit skin/pits, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, oak, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with lighter notes of peppercorn, leathery/musty funk, white wine vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness, fruit tang; and light yeast/oak tannin spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of sour/tart/tangy peaches, apricot, fruit skin/pits, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, oak, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, peppercorn, light leather/funk/vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, peaches, oak barrels, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/sourness, tangy fruit, and yeast/oak spiciness balance; with minimal puckering flavors after the finish. Moderate increasing dryness from tart/sourness, tangy fruit, yeast/oak spiciness, and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation, and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately grainy/acidic/tangy, and fairly crisp/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 6.2%. Overall this is an awesome fruited sour/wild ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, peaches, oak barrels, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, easy, and fairly crisp to drink with the moderately acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish; not overly lactic. Extremely juicy fruits and balanced Brett/bacteria complexity; nice oak presence, and pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example as expected.

Sour fruited blonde ales are one of my favorite beer styles and this is an excellent example. Tons of tart, slightly funky peach flavor with a hint of oak tannins. Very drinkable.
