I don't remember if this was out of my collection, or possibly Adam or leftpaw brought it out. Enjoyed it though.

Pours a muddled yellowy amber appearance similar to that of a New England ipa. 1/3" white head. What is a cherum? Its a mix between a cherry and a plum. Smells more like cherry than plum. Smells more like lemon than plum. Smells more like cherry than lemon. Smells sour.

Oooh this is nice, possibly nicer than any fruited 'berliner' that Bruery makes. Yes, it has the amped up sour power you've come to know and expect from the brewery, but the creamy sour mash wheat and lemon seem to stay within the tolerable realm of sour power and acidity. Has that mashup feel of cherrylemonlimeaid and it is pretty cool. Carbonation just right. I wouldn't really say this was a complex beer, but it did seem like an improvement on the frucht series of ultra sour berliners and the underwhelming fruited Hottenroths. Put these in 750s and charge $10 or less please?

A: Poured into a snifter to a deep golden orange that's a little hazy. The beer is topped by a half finger of dense and rocky head which quickly fades to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing
S: Smells of some nice and light tartness, cherums, and a little lemon zest along with a touch of creamy wheat
T: Taste is huge cherum flavor with some bright tartness, creamy wheat and some nice lemon zest notes along with a touch of wine barrels. On the swallow there's some creamy wheat, lemon zest, some light vanilla from the wine barrels, and some lingering cherum flavor.
M: This beer has a feel on the palate that is on the lighter side of medium. Carbonation is effervescent without being prickly and the beer has a drying finish due to the acidity.
O: This beer is really tasty. The fruit flavors and lemon zest provide a good bit of complexity and really help add some complexity to the base beer. This one is worth a try if it makes a comeback.

375mL bottle acquired through The Bruery’s Society. Bottled 2/20/18. Served in a Bruery teku. Enjoyed 10/16/18.

Pours an opaque yet glowing, pale, pinkish-hued orange with a short cap of fast-fading white froth. As is typical with many wild/sours there is almost no retention.

This smells great. Tart cherry cider, lemon, earthy barrel and some dark fruit.

Tastes super tart. Puckering cherry limeade, sour wheat, white wine, apple cider vinegar and some dark fruit skins.

Light, vaguely chalky feel with little carbonation. This remains tart through the cherry limeade-like finish.

The Bruery has really dressed up this Beliner. Cherum Stomp combines fruit, base and barrel into a deliciously sour experience. This ills my first experience with the cherry/plum hybrid and it seems to work well here.

375ml bottle into a snifter appears a hazy golden color with white cap thats quick to fade.

Smell is funky, fruity and lemony lactic almost akin to yogurt.

The taste is tart with lemony lacto and immediately zesty with limes. A slight oakiness is present in the aftertaste.

This is light in body with modest carbonation. Its a tangy tart bugger but tasty.

375ml bottle poured into a tulip

A- pours an orange-peach color with a one-finger foamy white head that has short retention

S- aroma is zesty lemon up front mixed with a juicy plumb-like aroma, assuming to be the cherum. There is also a strong undertone of white grape and sharp oak

T- candied lemon peel & zest up front, followed by juicy sweet plumb. Mid-palate brings out the tartness, along with notes of white grape skin and woody oak barrel. The finish brings out more lemon, oak & a hint of toasted wheat

M- medium-light body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel and a tart dry finish

O- I've never had cherums before, but the juicy sweetness works well with the zesty lemon and the tartness of the beer
