Copenhagen 12/12 2022. 37,5 cl bottle from DrikBeer web-shop. Green label with subtle ornaments and the name of brewery and beer in elegant slightly slanted letters.
Pours opaque, murky amber with a small white head- Bubbly. Disappears after a few seconds leaving a somber liquid behind. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet fruity odor soon overpowered by a tart scent and woody, boozy notes. Sweet dark grapes, oxidized apple, tart unripe gooseberries and hints of vinegar.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling yet lively texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong sharp sourness. Aftertaste is tart, sour and unforgiving. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry and sour with a vinous touch of fermented, rotten apple.
Balancing sweet, fermented and decaying fruit with sharp, unripe and tart sourness.

A: Poured into a tulip glass to a slightly hazy golden orange beer which is topped by a small dense white head which fades quickly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing.
S: Smells of light sourness and oak with a hint of funk and minerality. Slight note of melon as well as some grapes
T: Taste is pleasantly sour up front with a ton of sour white grape juice flavor before some cracker like malt comes in along with a touch of oak. Hints of minerality as well keep things interesting. On the swallow there's more sour white grape juice, a little melon, oak and minerality with some lingering sourness.
M: This beer has a body which is on the lighter side of medium along with a slightly syrupy feel. Carbonation is effervescent and on the low end, but it drinks fine while the beer has a drying finish due to the acidity.
O: Overall this is a really fun beer. Really nice flavors and complexity that once again blur the lines between beer and wine. Worth a try if you're into them.
