L: Had this on-tap at Capital Ale House - Innsbrook, poured into a snifter glass. Had a yellow-brown color and a cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of creamy, long-lasting head. Pretty good lacing.
S: A very nice aroma of raspberries, peaches, wood, yeast, malt, and some citrus.
T: Tasted of a mild amount of malt (barely present), lots of raspberries (quite tart), some light citrus notes (lemon), a bit of yeast, some oak notes, and a good amount of peaches. An extremely light and lively flavor. It's as fruity, sweet, and tart as you can get, but never off-putting. A very focused flavor. Tasty stuff.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a sharp finish. Medium-bodied.
O: An enjoyable and easy to like wild ale. Drinkable.
