Also had this beer at the Bruery (Terreux) Wild & Hoppy Beer Festival held March 3, 2018. To call this beer a berliner weisse is stretching things in the category world. Anyways, comes in like a mango creamsicle appearance and color wise. Almost no head on it, this looks more like something you get at a juice bar or gym than you do at most breweries. Its a pretty color though. Aroma is that of sweetness, the peppers don't come through in the nose. Just a fruity sweet.

Taste, ok, interesting meld, the peppers are there, but its like eating them with ice cream. Mango and habanero, the two main ingredients are the most prevalent here. Plenty of lactose. The abv might say berliner weisse, but the thickness, heat, sweetness do not. Didn't really seem tart nor sour. Its a difficult scoring job. It looks cool, but not like beer, or this beer style. But it is unique, I just think categorically it can be disappointing.

Poured from the crowler into a Berliner style goblet.

Slight creamy orange fleeting fizzy top, with a bit of dissolve. Thick orange juice opaque like body, not quite turbid but very solid looking like. Does have that popsicle like looking quality, but more like a NEIPA without the head which ironically was the most interesting part.

Aroma is quite big right off the pour. Faint tartness of mango, with a slight hit of lacto sourness. Does manage a bit of cream it seems, but not heat (is that what the fire refers to?).

Palate really takes a fun ride. Light but excellent chewy mouthfeel and body, with a rush of juiced mango and malt wheat depth. Finally there's the fire. Light heat with a red pepper like wealth and lip coating intensity. Excellent fruity and spicy balance with berliner easy drinking bread dough flavors, particularly on the finish.

Real neat creation, this is an excellent fun beer to be drinking, not a hot overpowering blast but certainly not for everyone.
