375ml bottle poured into a tulip
A- pour a hazy ruby-amber color with a one-finger foamy white head that has short retention
S- plenty of stone fruits on the nose with the peach and apricot really coming through. Raspberries at a 'jammy' aroma, followed by undertones of oak
T- tart and juicy peach and apricot up front are followed by some semi-sweet notes of raspberry jam mid-palate. The finish brings out some oaky notes and continues with the juicy tart stone fruits that stick around on the linger
M- medium-light body with moderate carbonation leads to a slightly foamy mouthfeel and a tart semi-dry finish
O- the combo of peach, apricot and raspberry works very well, with just enough oaky undertones

A: Poured into a Bruery Tulip to a shade that kind of looks like a chelada so reddish pink. The head on this beer is very small and fades quickly without a trace
S: On the nose this beer is huge on the peach and apricot notes with just a hint of raspberry. Smells like fruit juice
T: Taste is quite acidic and sour up front with some slight funky barnyard before the peach and apricot flavors come in. Nice juicy raspberry notes as well on the flavor despite the absence in the nose. On the swallow this one is more sourness with more peaches, apricots and raspberry with some slight dry oak and funk toward the very end.
M: On the mouthfeel this beer is on the lighter side of medium with a slightly syrupy and slick feel. Carbonation is light but effervescent while the acidity really dries out the finish.
O: Overall this beer is very intense. Huge sourness and fruit flavors are what I've come to expect from these offerings and this one is no exception. The amount of pucker was surprising since I couldn't pick up any acidity on the nose. Definitely a well executed beer.
