When we say more, we mean more. This beer used 5lbs per gallon of fresh peaches and nectarines.

Sour blonde ale aged in oak barrels with peaches and nectarines.

More Room for More is next up in the "Room for Me" lineage of beers. This Hoarders Exclusive beer is a fruited, oak barrel-aged sour blonde ale clocking in at 6.7% ABV. It's a palate pleasing sensory symphony of a beer, that has more fruit than we've ever used on this project before. It's more, get it? Loaded with fresh, super-juicy nectarines and peaches, the result is a an incredibly fruit forward, pleasantly tart, complex and refreshing beer - suitable only for Hoarders. Your next bottle share will leave everyone asking if there's any more room...for more Terreux beers

I think one of my favorite things in the beer world the last decade is how much neckbeards don't care about Bruery hype anymore. You can find some amazing beers still from them. This is one.

Pours a color not far off from the fruit used here, nectarine and peach. Its a slightly darker orange color. The aroma is massively forward on the fruit, I would say it leans slightly more on the nectarine at this stage. It envelopes everything, wood and brett are distant thoughts aroma wise.

Taste brings not just peach and nectarine, a sizeable sourness quotient well above average, but a relatively clean and dry finish. I swear I taste apricot as well, could just be the power of color suggestion, could be brett. Wood seems like it contributes big time to the back end dryness. Prickly but appropriate carbonation. Really like that they didn't try and imperialize the alcohol on this one, below 7%, I like that. All the beers in this Room For series seem awesome.

A: Poured into a Duvel tulip to a light golden yellow that's a little hazy. The beer is topped by a finger of slightly rocky white head which fades quickly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing.
S: Smells of huge peach and nectarine notes. It smells like peach juice to me with just a hint of sourness hiding in the background with a touch of creamy wheat.
T: Taste is nice and tart up front with a ton of peach and nectarine flavor. Touch of funk but mostly peaches, nectarines, and some building sourness. On the swallow there's still more sourness, peaches, and nectarines, with a hint of creamy wheat and dry oak.
M: This beer has a slightly slick feeling body with a somewhat light body. Carbonation is effervescent without being over the top and the acidity ensures that this one has a drying finish.
O: Overall this is a really awesome fruited sour. It has some very strong and very natural tasting fruit notes since they didn't mess with any artificial flavoring. The beer does lose out a little on complexity but there's still enough going on to keep it from being totally one note. Well worth a try if you like fruited sour beers.
