Poured from the can into a Bruery tulip glass.
This thing looks like straight up beet juice. Deep purple red, and a big thick body. Vibrant dark pink head, that forms litteraly in slow motion. I mean the bubbles that are trying to cascade up are physically stuck. Never seen anything like this at all. This litteraly looks like it's been in a blender and someone was making carrot juice, but used beets instead. It even looks like pulp is hanging off the glass in lacing. It's a neat color, but this appearance wise really looks like something I would never put to my lips. Head eventualy dissapears and you are left with a sludge bomb.
The nose is a good solid fruit wild aroma. Thick raspberry to blueberry, to strawberry mashed puree. There's a touch of the wild yeast kicking in here as well, but it seems no joke, like it's physically stuck. I do understand this is different, but it's a very good thick aroma. Smells extremely jammy.
The palate if I could describe would be different. Mild touches of funk, and a surprisingly light malt backbone that is plenty supportive of the large fruit flavors. I would have thought on first sip this would have been a thick/syrupy/chunky mess but it isn't. Extremely jammy flavors of blueberry, with a very mild sensing acidity. There's also a good amount of sweetness in this that is just too candy like as well.
This tastes more like a smoothy than a beer, with very little beer character going on let alone anything Belgian that I can tell. Drinkable but also weird and a bit sweet for my tastes.

Well they're going all in at Terreux! This opaque raspberry smoothie is reddish-purple with a thin off-white to mauve blanket, delivering thick juicy raspberry with accents of apricot and tart apple.
