A: Poured into a tulip glass to a golden orange beer which is topped by a dense and slightly rocky finger of white head which fades quickly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing
S: Smells of light tartness and a bunch of dragonfruit and guava
T: Taste is light and building sourness with some pale malts with a good amount of dragonfruit and guava. On the finish there's more sourness, dragonfruit and guava with a little more base malt
M: This beer has a body which is on the lighter side of things but it is not watery. Carbonation is lightly effervescent and adequate for the style while the beer has a drying finish due to the acidity.
O: Overall this is a really nice beer. It has good flavors and an expected amount of complexity for the style. Other variants have packed a bit more sourness, but it could also just be residual sugars from the fruit balancing this one out a little better. Very enjoyable.

Appearance: Slightly cloudy straw-yellow color with a slight pinkish tint. The beer has a modest sized white head that subsided fairly quickly.

Smell: Tropical fruit notes, and some mild barnyard funk aromas, There are also some mild grassy/hay notes present.

Taste: The dragon fruit and guava fruit features prominently bringing some nice tropical and tart citrus notes. I'm not certain if it's the dragon fruit but there's a nice floral sweetness in the nose. There is also some mild grassy/straw notes and very mild barnyard funk. The beer finishes very dry and clean.

Mouth-feel: Light-bodied with a fairly generous level of carbonation.

Overall: Yet another good fruited Berliner Weisse from the Bruery's Frucht series. The floral sweetness in the nose is an interesting twist.
