A: Poured into a tulip glass to a slightly hazed golden orange beer which is topped by a dense and slightly rocky two fingers of white head which fades slowly to a collar around the edge of the glass with minimal lacing
S: Smells of some nice horsey brett notes with some oak and some stone fruits.
T: Taste is sweet and tart stone fruits up front with some oak along with some brett notes in the middle, but the fruits are out front on the palate. On the finish there's more tartness, some brett, some oak, and some lingering stone fruits.
M: This beer has a body which is on the lighter side of medium on the palate. Carbonation is slightly prickly and adequate for the style while the beer has a slightly drying finish due to the acidity.
O: Overall this is a really nice beer. It has good flavors and a nice amount of complexity for the ABV. A little more brett on the palate would have been nice, but this is perfectly serviceable.
