A: Poured into a tulip glass to a deep violet beer which has no head or lacing due to being packaged still
S: Smells of fresh cut violets, some deep red fruits, some oak, and a hint of acidity
T: Taste is red berries on the front end, a little funk, some nice oak, some slight herbal notes and violets, a touch of slate, and just a little acidity. On the finish there's more red berries, tartness, oak, funk, and violets.
M: This beer has a body which is on the heavier side of things, still means no carbonation, and the beer has a drying finish
O: Overall this is really well done. Nice flavors and some really good complexity make this an interesting thing to drink. Calling it a beer seems kind of odd because it doesn't drink or taste anything like most beers.

This might be my first beer-wine hybrid. Visually pours as a dark red wine. Smell is a slightly tart red wine. The taste is quite delicious, the right amount of tartness combined with a traditional red wine vibes.
