A: Poured into a tulip glass to a deep golden orange beer that's slightly hazy and topped by a finger of dense and slightly rocky white head
S: Smells of boysenberries, apricots and plums with some nice tartness
T: Taste is plums and tartness with some hints of funk along with some apricot notes. There are some spicy rye notes that appear as the beer warms a little more. On the swallow there's a nice plum note with some apricots, boysenberries and lingering tartness along with some rye spice.
M: This beer has a body which is on the moderate side of things. Carbonation is lightly effervescent while the beer has a drying finish due to the acidity.
O: Overall this is a really well done beer. The fruit additions are kind of the star of the show but there are some nice flavor notes provided by the base beer. This is one that I wouldn't mind seeing come back as it's very well executed and pleasant to drink.

Appearance: Moderately cloudy yellow color with some pinkish undertones. The beer has a medium-sized off white head that slowly faded with some good lacing. A good looking wild ale.
Smell: Prominent fruit and berry notes. A nice nose on this beer with the apricots asserting themselves in the nose. notes.
Taste: I get tart berry and fruit notes straight away. I get some citrus notes from the acidity with the slightest hint of some leather like notes. The tart citrus notes lingers in the finish which is fairly dry.
Mouth-feel: Fairly light-bodied with a fairly high level of carbonation. The mouthfeel is right where it needs to be for a wild ale.
Overall: A good wild ale. The fruit adjuncts complement each other well resulting in a nice flavor profile.
