A dominate rich red color with brownish hues floating a massive long lacing and lace leaving head. Slight aromas of christmas spice, gingner and cinnamon. Predominating scents of bread, malt and more malt. Bitterness is provided by the foremented spices and they do a really nice job of balancing out the sweetness of the malts. But, there's a significant roastiness to the malts as well, adding complexity and depth. Carbonation is mild, however adequate. Drinks much too easily.
