2021 vintage. perhaps my favorite beer i had in here, a special fruited version of their triad lambic, and its not just calling itself lambic like so many, it really is, presents as mighty true to style, i have no doubt they did this as faithfully and authentically as possible. i love the green glass too, adds that old world slight skunk funk, so cool with the brett and tang in this. the huckleberries give this a gorgeous pink purple glow, and it has pretty good clarity too, stunning even with only a short head on it. the nose and taste are jammy from the fruit, this is immediately less sour than the raspberry edition, less acid added by the fruit it seems, but equally mature and complex, and i actually get a little more of the wild brett side coming out, this is really funky. the huckleberry has a little blackberry note to it, a light candied sweetness like this didnt get quite as dry as the others, but its flattering and it makes this more drinkable. the oak profile is also fantastic, and great with the fruit, winey to me, both red and white, a little tannic, earthy, and mature. solid carbonation here, lighter body but still wheaty feeling, and seeming poised to cellar near indefinitely. i wish i picked up more than just one bottle, i has a bunch of homies who i feel like all need to taste this. cool use of an unconventional fruit in what seems to be a rather traditional blended lambic type base, these guys rule!
