Clear, pale gold colored body. One finger of white head, and this sticks around as a thin cap and ring. Leaves behind a partial lacing ring.
Aroma of sweetened biscuit and floral/herbal hops.
Taste is toasted malts, which is sweet, and floral/herbal hops which is spicy and earthy. All move out quickly in the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Slight bite through the sweetness. Very good carbonation.
Sweet malt driven and accented by hops with a bit of spice.
