Pours a deep dark mahogany with a tan head that hangs around and leaves a trail of lace.
Smells of coffee, chocolate, and roasted nuts.
Big coffee up front backed by bitter chocolate flowing to a sweet nutty bread malt backbone. Finishes dry and earthy.

On nitro at the brewery. Pours dark brown with a thick white head. Smell is very coffee but not over the top. Taste is chocolate and coffee. Feel is very smooth on nitro, great mouthfeel. Overall a very nice oatmeal stout.
