We are a veteran-run farm brewery specializing in high quality hand-crafted beer, founded on January 2nd, 2013. We produce ales and lagers using traditional styles as a guideline and tweakin' them to match our tastebuds.

We received our Brewer's Notice from the Alcohol, Tax, and Trade Bureau (TTB) on June 2, 2014. We applied for our Accessory Use Determination from Frederick County for our farm brewery in accordance with the new zoning text amendment in February 2015. We submitted our amended state license application on February 9th and were approved on March 11, 2015. We have been open since April 11, 2015.

We are the first Southern Frederick County, MD farm brewery and are located at Thanksgiving Farms in Adamstown, MD. As a farm brewery use our own homegrown hops, fruits, vegetables, and other products from the farm in every batch of beer brewed.

Currently we are growing Columbus/Zeus, Nugget, Centennial, Cascade, and Magnum hops. We have ~230 plants in our field this year so we will have plenty of hops for years to come. We also are offering membership into our Community-Supported Brewery (CSB) program! We look forward to serving you and being part of your extended family.

Basically a large garden center with a brewery!!! For now the beers are brewed off site at Barley and Hops in Frederick. Nice outdoors seating area. We stopped on a lazy July Saturday. Had a flight of 8 beers, got a growler to go and had a pint. Good deal for a pint-$7 and you keep the glass.

The brown was very good-too bad nobody makes a decent brown any more. Loved the Black Death Black IPA-enjoyed that growler over the next 2 days. Very solid beer for sure.

A one man operation for sure. The owner Brian seemed a bit overwhelmed at times but sure had time to talk to everyone and explain the operation there. again at one point there were 8 or 10 people there and he was doing it all.....understandable to be overwhelmed..

Nice little spot for a pit stop. Solid enough beers.
