This poured an nice orange colour with a thick white head that dissipates quickly. The nose is very yeasty and grassy. The taste follows up with much the same, with some added date, figs and other dark fruit. There is a light bitterness in the finish. A pretty good example of a Quadruple but I feel that this will be a love it or hate it beer for the casual beer drinker.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
