Deep raspberry purple with minimal light purple head. Lacto sourness with minimal raspberry on the aroma. Raspberry and berry flavours with lacto on the tongue. Beautiful. Proper mouthfeel. This beer makes me excited about this brewery. Add other fruit to this base beer and create variants like apricot, blueberry and blackberry and watch the beer geeks flock.
I realize the technique that went into making the beer, but maybe consider a name change to possibly avoid scaring people off though?
