On tap at the brewpub, served in a tasting snifter.

Hazy and almost opaque. It smells bitter like sap and fruity and oh my god these are American hops in Asia. Very herbal intense as well, like verbena. Unfortunately the more resinous and earthy bitterness dominates the flavor and results in an abrasive and kind of unpleasant taste. The bitterness lingers on the aftertaste and eventually morphs into something more palatable. Huh. A bit undecided on the merits of this one.
