Fresh 330 ml can directly from the brewery in Hanoi enjoyed a day or two later on a boat in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam.
This American style IPA is brewed in Vietnam by an American brewer, and it shows. This would be an above average IPA in the US. It is fairly well balanced with moderate strength flavor, mostly from fruity hops. There's a subtle floral and herbal aspect, from the jasmine, presumably.
Feel: Very good mouthfeel with lively, medium carbonation.

Pretty OK beer for a country that doesn’t have brewing history. It was a good addition to Vietnam a few years ago but a bit average these days

Got one on tap at the Pasteur showroom in Hanoi.
An okay IPA. Good hoppiness at the beginning, but a bit bland in the middle. Jasmine only appeared as a faint aftertaste.

On-tap served in a stemmed glass at Mikkeller Bangkok.
Clear orange amber color, it comes with thick creamy off-white head that well retains itself with very good retention before slowly sinking to a long-lasting bubble film atop and leaving lots of lacing on the glass-side.
In a nose, zesty orange, mango, grapefruit, floral, jasmine, grass, and biscuity malt.
Fruity hop takes the lead through the palate sensation with its zesty orange, orange spice, and grapefruit, as well as some grassy bitterness. There is a note of jasmine floral in the middle together with some sweet biscuity malt as a base. Hop bitterness and orange wrap up again in the finish.
Light to medium body with smooth mouthfeel, the feeling is crisp and refreshing with quite lively carbonation. Finish is very dry. Pretty good and easy to drink IPA with jasmine as a nice complement.

On-draught at Fatfish in Da Nang. Cost was 95000 VND per 375ml pour (~7X the typical price of a Vietnamese macrolager).
IPA. 6.50% ABV.
APPEARANCE: ~5cm wide head of off-white colour and 5 minute retention. Body is a clear copper of average vibrance.
AROMA: My God - actual hop aromatics in a Vietnamese beer! Thank heavens. Floral, citrusy, fruity, hints of zest, some hop oils. Divine after a month of Southeast Asian fizzy yellow lagers. Balanced yet forward, this hop profile has me eager for the first sip.
Pale malts lend balancing sweetness to the brew, but don't overwhelm. No alcohol or off notes are detectable.
Aromatic intensity is average for the style, but pungent by regional standards.
I don't detect any overt jasmine.
TASTE & TEXTURE: Wow, a balanced IPA in Vietnam...who knew? Fruity and floral, but not really oily or resinous. Hopheads may find it restrained, but it's probably the happiest beer currently brewed in the country and region (clobbering anything billed as hoppy brewed by Est. 33 in Bangkok). Pale malts keep its balance in check but the beer is never cloying.
Jasmine? Nah. Maybe I just can't detect it because it's not a flavour I grew up with, but I'd be shocked if any non-Asian could identify jasmine in a blind tasting of this.
Texture is apt for an IPA, but it never accentuates specific notes from the flavour profile. Smooth, wet, medium-bodied, highly carbonated, approachable. Complements the taste generally well, though.
OVERALL: Those (like me) desperate for a flavourful beer after weeks in the Vietnamese trenches with "local" beer will do a little dance when they find this, but taking a step back and judging it objectively, it does leave much to be desired. The complexity, vividness, and depth of flavour observed in top tier expressions of the style just isn't there, and - unlike this brewery's Passion Fruit wheat - the beer fails to commit to the eponymous ingredient. Nevertheless, it's highly drinkable, hides its moderately high ABV well, and is perhaps currently the only IPA brewed in the country. Well worth trying, and perhaps even worth its relatively high pricetag for the budget backpacker in need of a proper ale.
High C+ (3.25) / ABOVE AVERAGE

Nailed it. Would place it in top 10% of IPAs world wide.
