It's mine! Our imperial stout aged on vanilla bean and bourbon-soaked oak. Aromas of sweet vanilla, with a dark rich chocolate body and a splash of bourbon.

Poured on tap at Craftheads in Windsor. Pours motor oil black with a ton of brown head. Nose is lactose, chocolate, wood, toffee, and cream. Taste is fantastic. Tons of vanilla and marshmallow notes. Milk chocolate, a touch of oak, and a slight bitterness from the malts. Mouthfeel was nice and creamy. Overall, this is a fantastic imperial stout.
