well, not a single review of a beer thats beer around this long now... okay. for one, i paid 3 bucks for a bottle of this, which alone makes it worth its weight, but this is only decent pils. it smells fresh and awesome, and it looks great in the glass, clear and orangey and heady and lively, but in the flavor, its oddly bitter up front, sweet later on, and sort of disjointed. i like it, but its not fantastic, and it really doesnt fit the classic pils bill, especially as a polish beer, like, these guys should have this style down pretty well before moving on to anything else right? i taste the bready pils malt, a little sweeter than a lot of them get, but its stale to me, which makes it taste cheap, and even though it actually was cheap in price, thats not a great flavor descriptor, and its not a compliment. i didnt expect a ton from this random euro brew i had never heard of before i snagged it off a warm shelf, but i thought it could have been quite a bit better than it was overall. ill finish the bottle, but i wont buy another one...
