Black, opaque.
Head beige and is made up of small and medium-sized bubbles, decent size, but does not stay too long.
The aroma very pleasant in reception, bitter coffee, plum and really just a little walnut.
Orzechowy Gaj taste is strong coffee, nut flavor is even less. The same is true with plums, but all the time with me in the aroma in taste is imperceptible.
Bitterness is a herbal walnut, even has a sharpness characteristic of the skin of a walnut, is pleasant, not in arrears.
Saturation high.
Alcohol is not perceptible.
