A bottom-fermented beer in the German Dunkles Bock style. A clean, complex, and rich malt profile: chocolate, pumpernickel, and toasted bread. Moderate bitterness balances the delicate caramel sweetness. The beer finishes dry, providing a wide range of drinking experiences.

Copenhagen 12/8 2019. 50 cl bottle from AlkoSpot, Chmielna, Gdansk. Black and gold label with a drawing of a snake with a Lions head. Very Demonic and Black Metal.
Pours unclear, dark amber with a small white head Settles as thin, lonely islands of foam. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense, dark, sweet and with sharp sourish notes. Prunes, Dades and Raisins. Brown Sugar and caramel. Sharp Alcohol. Sourish notes.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, oily texture.
Flavor has strong sweetness. followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter-sweet with a metallic tang. Finish with a light boozy burn.
Poland's best Metal band needs a strong and rough beer, And they got one. And it is surprisingly sweet as well.
